Rewards Policy

1. Overview
Orbitelo offers two ways to earn rewards: purchase rewards (choose between cashback or a discount on every qualifying plan purchase) and a referral program (earn credits or discounts when you invite new users). Credits from both programs are stored in your Orbitelo Wallet and can be applied toward future eSIM plan purchases.
Rewards are subject to the terms below. Orbitelo reserves the right to modify or discontinue any reward program at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Purchase Rewards
On every qualifying new eSIM plan purchase, you choose one of two reward options before completing checkout. Top-up orders do not qualify for purchase rewards.
Option A — Cashback (10%, up to $5)
- 10% of your order's base price is credited to your Wallet after your eSIM is successfully delivered
- Cashback is capped at $5 per order, regardless of order size
- Credits are added automatically when your order reaches Fulfilled status
- Cashback credits expire 180 days from the date they are credited
Option B — Instant discount (5%)
- 5% is deducted from your order total at the time of checkout — you pay less immediately
- There is no cap on the discount amount
- The discount is applied before any Wallet balance is used, and before payment is processed
Limitations
- Rewards are not cumulative: if your Wallet contains cashback or referral bonus credits, no additional cashback or discount applies on the same purchase. This only affects purchases where you also apply an earned-reward balance.
- If your Wallet balance consists entirely of funds you loaded directly (top-ups), cashback and purchase discounts apply normally.
- Cashback rates, caps, and expiry periods may vary by plan or promotional period.
- Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Orbitelo platform.
3. Referral Program
When you share your personal referral code with someone who is new to Orbitelo, both of you may earn a reward. The exact reward depends on whether you (the referrer) have already made a purchase.
Mode A — Soft referral (before your first purchase)
- Applies when the referrer has not yet completed their first fulfilled order
- When someone signs up with your referral code, a discount entitlement is created for you
- You receive 15% off your own first qualifying purchase, up to a maximum of $5 off
- The referred user receives no extra bonus in this mode — the benefit is yours
- Your discount is consumed on your first checkout and cannot be used a second time
Mode B — Buyer referral (after your first purchase)
- Applies when the referrer has already completed at least one fulfilled order
- When the referred user completes their first fulfilled order, both accounts receive a bonus — up to $5 each, based on 15% of the referred user's order value
- Your bonus (up to $5) is credited to your Wallet automatically — no action required
- The referred user's bonus (up to $5) is also added to their Wallet after their first delivery
- Each referral pays out only once — if the referred user makes multiple orders, the bonus does not repeat
Referral restrictions
- Each account may only be referred once — only the first referral code applied is valid
- Self-referrals are not permitted
- Referral codes may not be shared through paid advertising, coupon aggregators, or bulk distribution channels
- Orbitelo may void referral credits if abuse or manipulation of the program is detected
4. Wallet Balance
All reward credits (cashback, referral bonuses, and refunds) are stored in your Orbitelo Wallet as a USD balance. Credits are always held in USD regardless of the currency you use to purchase plans.
How Wallet balance works
- Top-up balance (funds you load directly) can cover up to 100% of an order — no card charge required if your top-up balance is sufficient
- Promotional credits (cashback and referral bonuses) can cover a maximum of 20% of an order's base price per checkout. Any remaining order total is covered by your top-up balance or charged to your payment method
- If your combined balance (top-up + up to 20% in promotional credits) is less than the order total, the remainder is charged to your payment method
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account, or converted to cash
- Your balance is held in USD. If you check out in a different currency, Stripe automatically converts the USD amount at the live market exchange rate at the time of payment.
Top-up
You can add funds to your Wallet at any time via the Wallet section of the app using a supported payment method. Top-up balances are not subject to expiry, the non-cumulative reward restriction, or the 20% promotional credit cap — you can use your full top-up balance toward any order.
5. Expiry & Forfeiture
Cashback credits and referral bonus credits expire 180 days from the date they are credited to your Wallet, unless otherwise stated at the time of crediting. Soft referral discounts (the checkout discount earned by referring someone before your own first purchase) do not expire and remain available until your first qualifying purchase. Top-up balances do not expire.
Expired credits are removed automatically and cannot be reinstated. Orbitelo is not liable for credits lost due to account inactivity or failure to use them within the validity period.
Additional forfeiture conditions
- All Wallet credits — including unexpired cashback and referral bonuses — are forfeited immediately when an account is deleted
- Credits obtained through fraudulent activity or violations of this policy will be voided without notice
- Orbitelo reserves the right to adjust, cancel, or withhold credits in cases of suspected abuse
6. Program Modifications
Orbitelo may change cashback rates, discount percentages, referral bonus amounts, expiry periods, or eligibility criteria at any time. Where possible, changes will be communicated via the app or this page with at least 14 days notice.
Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
